If you haven’t already provided a business profile, or you want to update the profile on your organization, please do so right away, to make sure your organization is getting recognition. Profiles should be approximately 250 words (see example). Also, send a color logo to be posted on our CMS Expo Site. Please send your profile and logo or updates via the online form.

Every sponsor will have its own discount code to offer to customers/clients a special deal from you for CMS Expo 2013! Make sure you link the CMS Expo url to the badge and any ads or blogs you post, as well as emails, Twitter posts, Skype posts, etc.

March 15th - April 20th:
You're encouraged to submit your own work, your partners or your best clients for consideration for a CMSA Spotlight Award.
The Official Call For Entries will open on March 15, 2013 for works completed between March 2012 and March 2013. Submissions will be accepted between 3/15/13 through 4/20/13. For more information, please visit the CMSA Spotlight Awards page.
By March 30th:
The CMS Association has reserved a block of rooms designated for CMS Expo, with a special rate. Hotel rooms will be released to the public on 3/30/13 so please make your reservation prior to 3/30/13. Rooms are limited. View Hotel Reservation and Travel Information here.
By April 12th:
All digital artwork for ads in the printed 2013 CMS Expo Program Book is due. The book is 8 1/2 x 11 (view specs & ad sizes). If you would like to upgrade from your stated size as specified in the Sponsorship Grid, or if you would like additional print advertising in the Program Book, please

By April 15th:
Please fill out a Registration form for each person attending the conference as part of your Sponsorship package complimentary tickets. You are also entitled to several Expo Only Passes. Please use this Expo Passes Registration link to register. (Expo Passes include access to exhibition areas only, from 2:00 - 5:00 pm on Wednesday, May 15th, 2013 and Thursday, May 16th, 2013. No meals or snacks or access to sessions, keynotes, special events, etc. are included.) Final list of Speaker Dinner attendees is due by April 29th by

Any materials to be included in the Attendee Welcome Packet must be received by the April 19th.
We need a minimum of 450 items. Ideas include: pens, flash drives, t-shirts, mini-DVDs, travel mugs, coupons, brochures, etc - I'll leave it up to you to come up with your own original ideas! Please ship items via your Post Office, UPS or FedEx to:

Check-in:
Check-in table on the 2nd floor of the Hotel on Tuesday morning to pick up your name badge and "check-in". If you are arriving after Tuesday morning, stop by the CMSA desk on the 9th floor to check-in.
